14-day money-back promise. If Brain Boost Buddy isn't right for your family, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no quibbles.

How to request a refund

Email info@bashbop.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of your purchase date, and ask for a refund. A reason is welcome but not required.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, using the receipt email they sent you.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved (the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider).

What's covered

The full purchase price of Brain Boost Buddy, for any reason, within the 14-day window.
If the app is faulty, not as described, or won't run on a supported system and we can't fix it, you're entitled to a refund regardless of the 14-day window under your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights as a UK or EU consumer — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Who handles the payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) as our merchant of record. Your payment, receipt and any applicable VAT are handled by them, and their buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
