The short version: Brain Boost Buddy has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Your child's name, PIN, settings and progress are stored only on your own laptop and are never sent to us — we couldn't read them if we wanted to. The only things processed online are your purchase (by Lemon Squeezy) and a one-time licence-key check.

The app is bought, installed and configured by an adult. The only child-related information is the first name a parent types at setup — and it never leaves your computer. We do not collect, see, or process any data about your child.
Where UK GDPR applies: performance of a contract (delivering your purchase and licence), and legitimate interests (operating and securing the website, responding to your emails, preventing licence fraud). We don't use your data for marketing and we never sell it.
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law (normally six years). Support emails are kept only as long as useful for helping you. Everything else lives on your device, under your control.
You have the usual UK GDPR rights — access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@bashbop.com and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), but we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
If we ever change what the app or site collects, we'll update this page and flag material changes on the site. The promise we won't quietly break: your child's learning data stays on your laptop.
